Our Associate Digital Analyst's experience includes exposure to a broad range of Digital functions within Maximus including working as a part of one or more of our Delivery, Products, Technology, Operations, Experience, and Customer Success teams by assisting with analyzing, delivering, testing, developing and more. You will be exposed to technologies and concepts including but not limited to responsive web applications, native mobile apps, robotic process automation, document digitization, machine learning, artificial intelligence, webchat, email, SMS, gamification, and more. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers shape their organization from a people, process and technology perspective. From offering strategic insights to utilizing personalized methodologies for implementation, our Associate Digital Analyst will help drive successful delivery of new solutions to our customers every day.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand how their business processes work today, identify areas for improvement, and create process maps to demonstrate how changes will help them.
- Use quantitative methods and develop statistical models to derive actionable insights, patterns & outcomes from data.
- Deliver unique technology and business solutions to customers across our business segments.
- Develop front-end solutions and design/develop and implement software.
- Develop change management and organizational strategies and execute on them
- Perform project management activities, such as tracking deliverables, creating status reports, managing resource plans and monitoring successful achievement of project goals.
- Help our customers drive digital transformation by pivoting from Digital thinking to being Digital at the core through interactive consumer experiences, new applied intelligence, and digital reinvention of industry.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in the fields of Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Explored (in school courses or work internships) the technical aspects of: Cloud deployment in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, Cloud architecture, network operations, database, programming, data analytics, enterprise IT, information systems.
- Well-rounded in other areas such as project management, on-campus computer lab/information desk/help desk, IT-related case studies, student-led consulting group
- Volunteer and leadership activities
- Experience working with / understanding of at least one front end cloud and one back-end cloud (React.js, Java Spring Boot API, Node.js, Java, and AWS) (EC2, S3, Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB, RDS) or any script with Java framework strongly preferred.
- Ability to commute onsite to our Princeton, NJ 08542 office a minimum of 3 days per week is required.
