What we’re offering:
A full-time Senior Loss Containment Trainer position in Tulsa or Oklahoma City. Salary range $84-88k. Benefit package includes: free employee insurance, hybrid work schedule, company match 401k, generous paid time off, and voluntary benefits.

 

 

What you’ll do:

The Senior Loss Containment Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs and initiatives within the claims department. This role ensures adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices by designing strategic training plans, conducting audits, and providing ongoing education to claims professionals. The role collaborates with the Quality team and claims leadership to identify training needs, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in claims handling. Additionally, this role monitors regulatory changes, ensures timely updates to policies and procedures, and maintains a culture of adherence and professional development across the department.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation claims handling, training, or compliance.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in training program development and instructional design.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), compliance tracking tools, and data analysis software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
