  • Procurement function for plant, including quoting, vendor selection, receipt, storage and disbursement of materials, services and equipment at lowest total costs to the region.
  • Managing the weekly/monthly inventory cycle counts of over 4000 part numbers.
  • Reconciling inventory.
  • Coordinating supplier vendor managed deliveries.
  • Work with facilities to plan for expansion needs.
  • Purchase warehouse and office supplies and tools.
  • Work with accounting to reconcile invoices.
  • Preparing monthly reports for cost savings, profit estimate, obsolete inventory reviews, sox reports and scorecard reviews.
  • Manage storeroom personnel.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, and at least three years procurement, material management or equivalent experience in support of basic manufacturing operations. Successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Previous supervisory experience + proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Maximo) and MS Office are highly desired.
