CBS Support Staff Floater

Full Time

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Provide administrative assistance to the CBS programs.
• Psychosocial group coordination and facilitation.
• Cover essential services if CBS staff are out.
• Provide mobile crisis between the hours of 8-5 if needed. Enter on call rotation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Enter CSR’s monthly.
• Score and enter CBCL’s into EMR.
• Scan CAFAS and other documents for CBS into EMR.
• Contact families for CBS staff when needed.
• Assist CBS Program Manager with assuring information is entered into EVV.
• Assist CBS Program Manager in updating spreadsheets with hours and other CBS information.
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of all psychosocial and respite groups.
• Facilitation of summer group.
• Provide mobile crisis services if/when needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Age 21+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficient computer and telephone skills.
• Have completed or will complete any required training within six months of employment.
• Must have a current and valid Kansas driver’s license.
