As a Lead Engineer, you are expected to own and drive one or more sub systems and play a key role in the Design/Implementation decisions and overall product delivery on time.

Research and development includes areas such as:

• Design and develop one of Informatica’ s Cloud Application product.
• Deliver high quality products and product features.
• Supporting Product Management on POC’s and Customer engagements.
• Support customers by responding to reported problems, investigating the cause and working out solutions.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Development team, you will be responsible for

• Write high quality code using your in-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented JavaScript.
• Collaborating with peer engineers, and architects you'll solve complex problems spanning their respective roles to deliver end-to-end components and features.
• The ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements (such as urgent customer problems), is a core skill for this position, as well as the ability to produce designs based on high level requirements.
• Handle 1-2 large tasks as well as a handful of smaller issues concurrently
• Work in an agile software development team delivering product and feature increments in short iterations
• Should be able to guide 1-2 junior engineers and provide the support to make the productive.
• Should have the inclination to take care of the product end to end which means: Managing source code, doing builds, Enabling QA
• Should show evidence of ability to learn quickly.

Your Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline from top tier engineering schools
• 5 or more years of professional software development experience in User Interface technologies
• Proficiency in User interface design and Microservices Architectures.
• Experience in thin client technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery.
• Good to have AngularJS, ReactJS, SpringBoot.
• Solid understanding of user interaction patterns and best practices
• Strong coding skills. Should write good code. Must be sound on design with a good understanding of common patterns
• Competence in Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience using light-weight and/or agile methods is desirable
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Energetic and motivated self-starter
