The successful candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
-
Minimum 10 years experience in planning, negotiation, award and administration of DoD and non DoD major systems acquisitions, including FP, FPI, CPFF, CPAF requirements for highly complex FIP resources such as hardware, software communications equipment, R&D, COTS/NDI and services; or a wide array of non-FIP supplies and services, including training maintenance, logistics and leases

Also required is experience in preparing cost and price analyses and resolving contract claims, terminations and protests.

Must have knowledge of intellectual property

Knowledge of the FAR and FAA Acquisition Management System is required

Ability to work independently and under pressure. Must be highly motivated with superior oral and written communication skills

DAWIA Level III or FAC-C Level III certification is required
