Role
Summer internship position for an Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or Law student to assist the Fiber, Rooftop, or Land Real Estate teams in Contract Development and Data Integrity within the company databases and computer systems.
Responsibilities
- Review executed agreements for data entry into the system verifying accuracy and full abstraction of applicable data points.
- Evaluate active system records for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and validating output.
- Improve system data by aggregating and cleansing files and sources to remove outdated or incorrect information.
- Communication with Property Owners, Landlords, Municipalities, and Utility Vendors to obtain outstanding documents or verify open data points.
- Collaborate with fellow teammates along with other departments in ad hoc projects related to our Fiber Right of Way, Enterprise Buildings, Aggregation Sites, Rooftop Development and Acquisitions.
- Retrieve data from our Contract Management system as needed and assist in report creation.
- Communicate any possible efficiencies that could be implemented within the systems or processes in place.

Education/Certifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution.
- Preferred field(s) of study: Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Pre-Law, Law or related field.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 2 to August 8, 2025.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience, specifically in Excel.
Reports to: Manager, Real Estate
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $19.50 per hour.
