Job Description
Who we are looking for
State Street Alpha’s Model Office integration team is looking for qualified individuals with strong experience in integration, analysis, workflow design, data analysis, system flows and business architecture in order to implement and recommend Alpha platform end to end integration. As a model office team member you will help build the clients end state end to end architecture provide insights, data solutions. We are seeking an individual who can identify innovative ways in solving complex issues that require business and integration experience in order to identify an optimal solution and disseminate the suggested path forward,
What you will be responsible for
As Alpha Professional Services Analyst you will:
- Assist in creation of both BAU and strategic initiatives and plans to define Model Office roadmap to reach future state goals.
- Actively engage and execute assignments for large and complex business solutions initiatives across Model Office.
- Develop data and functional requirements
- Promote business requirements analysis best practices, tools and controls to improve processes and quality of service.
- Assists in development and maintains ongoing repository of business process workflow documentation.
- Work closely with Alpha initiatives to continuously improve our approach
- Participate in information delivery and business intelligence strategy sessions
- Complete data analysis, profiling, and data mappings across multiple interfaces
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business management for system admin
- 3+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back office systems, services and data domains.
- Experience integrating with other industry software providers to promote platform interoperability a plus (for example: CRD, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software, etc.)
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, defect tracking (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Experience working in cloud data platforms such as Azure and Snowflake

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
