What You’ll Get to Do
The Senior Facilities Manager will lead our facility maintenance programs across our 82 manufacturing and distribution facilities in the US and Canada and reports to the Director, Real Estate & Facilities.

This role will oversee project management and lease administration, developing strategies to enhance facility maintenance, improvement, and consolidation projects.

• Lead the facilities maintenance and project management teams, guiding staff and contractors through the complexities of maintaining and improving our facilities.
• Manage contractors, plan maintenance work, and supervise facilities staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Implement and oversee Lease Administration software and functions, either internally or through third-party services.
• Build and track operating and capital budgets to maximize the life of our facilities.
• Collaborate with operations and corporate teams to manage CapEx facility needs and implement recommended building improvements.
• Work closely with plant Maintenance Managers to develop and utilize a CMMS system for effective planning and coordination of maintenance activities 

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or facilities management
• Background in CMMS and lease administration software
• Progressive experience in construction/project management, ideally managing integrated facilities management functions globally
• CFM, FMP, PMP certifications a plus
• Experienced implementing, leading, and managing Lease Administration
