Job Summary
Under minimal supervision, partner with CRM stakeholders to develop and maintain departmental business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions. Drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers. Develop, monitor, and report department KPIs and metrics, translating business requirements into the appropriate analytics solution. Responsibilities
Produce actionable reports and dashboards that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
Create, review, and performance tune dashboards. Ensure dashboards are accurate and display meaningful visual stories. .
Conduct data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions. Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
Provide recommendations on analysis options to help solve business problems.
Work with business users to identify analytics requirements on CRM, Sales Operations and Sales related projects.
Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.
Troubleshoot Business Intelligence tools, systems, and software. This includes tracking performance and production problems. .
Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure systems provide accurate and timely data.
Project oversight, training, and coaching
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics or other related field
At least 4 years of related experience
Experience working with upper level stakeholders -clarifying needs, making recommendations based on experience, etc
Experience with dashboard development experience using Tableau, MS Power BI or other similar technology.
Experience using SQL for data analysis and performance tuning
Previous data modeling experience.
Previous experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive
improvement of results and find solutionsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficient in MS Word
Ability to apply concepts of algebra and business statistics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an agile/scrum environment
AccessAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, volume.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
