Vice President, Wealth Segment R&D

Role Overview:

The Vice President for Wealth Segment R&D will lead the end-to-end development and execution of solutions serving the wealth management industry. This role will work closely with the internal and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategy for research and development of wealth platforms, including data flows partnerships.
  • Manage the design and delivery of proof-of-concept initiatives, participate in their development, and oversee their implementation into scalable solutions.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to address gaps and enhance interoperability across platforms.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on platforms and systems used by wealth advisory firms and advisors.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in private markets, wealth management, or investment technology. Experience gained in serving the technology needs of Private Banks, Family Offices, and other wealth subsegments.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions for complex financial services projects.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management platforms, private market integration, and regulatory considerations.
  • Hands-on experience in integrations: Proven ability to design and implement data flows, reporting tools, and platform interoperability for wealth market solutions.
  • Expertise in end-to-end system integration: Skilled in mapping data workflows, resolving system gaps, and ensuring seamless integration of private market capabilities into wealth platforms.

Salary Range:

$115,000 - $190,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
