Global Infrastructure Governance Lead

The Global Infrastructure Governance Lead will work closely with the main pillars within the GTS organization to ensure that:

  • Service Catalogues are up to date in SNOW and automated. Service catalogue items are optimized, simplified, and merged for better user experience. Be the SPOC between SNOW team and GTS.
  • Our Assets are up to date in the ITOM and iTOP tools. Coordinate between the ITOM and GTS pillars to ensure that our assets lists are accurate, in case of corrections they are done manually. In case of required enhancements, updates design the necessary process flows. Be the SPOC between GTS and the IT Infrastructure Lifecycle Management team.
  • SLAs for each product pillar within the Global Infrastructure Services are identified, aligned, and communicated to our stakeholders.
  • Enterprise IT data process owner will receive the relevant information about GTS data, especially the infrastructure part. Work closely with the GTS product pillars to identify these data, decide their source location and setup the required processes process around it.
  • Ensure all these activities logged in Jira as the time tracking tool and provide related reports when needed to understand the effort spent on these activities.
  • Dashboards built by the product pillar are aligned with business expectations. Our main customer is GSC, be their SPOC to understand their reporting needs.
  • He/she will help to create/keep an effective and inclusive community for the contacts he/she works with, as well as being part of the GISD organization’s culture.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Digital environments with experience in IT Governance/IT Processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage IT processes from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across various teams and systems to optimize performance and deliver exceptional results.
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management/ ITOM/ITAM, CSDM, BSM, Discovery tools and processes
  • Experience with Tableau (build, maintain reports) or other reporting tools.
  • Experience or knowledge using SharePoint
  • Past experiences to define process and architect the CMDB for Infra and Application services
  • Experience with IT Service management process (i.e. incident, problem, change, etc.) desired
  • ITIL Foundations Certified desired and/or be well versed on ITIL
  • Ability to understand technical problems and their impacts to the business
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of IT Systems, infrastructure, networking, cloud, applications, and their relationships is a must-have.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with many levels of global senior management throughout the infrastructure, delivery, management, and business organizations.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with business & IT partners and to foster strong relationships with them to aid successful project delivery
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver complete and accurate requirements and solutions.
