Supervise, plan and coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments (scheduling), setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.

Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques.

Continually monitor the cleanroom/janitorial cleaning operations to ensure all activities are completed promptly and correctly.

Responsible for insuring staff training completion, use of technical skills, maintaining safety, and meeting partner expectations.

Organize and lead assigned job SOW to insure efficiency, high productivity, high quality, and the use of best practices at the site.

Responsible for meeting project deliverables based on project goals, Quality goals and company priorities.

Utilize project management tools, processes and principles to enable project success.

Makes repeated rounds to check for crew coverage of designated work areas, assigns needed coverage, gives special cleaning instructions and/or assignments, and determines compliance with directives.

Manage job resources to ensure effective team performance and exceed partner expectations.

Identify and resolve project issues.

Identify the technical, procedural and equipment issues that hinder cleaning performance. Inform support personnel and Operations Manager.

Recommend performance metrics for the cleaning service which will be reliable indicators of service quality, systems performance, productivity, and overall quality costs.

Identify deviations (errors/mistakes) and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (fixes).

Review and make recommendations for change to cGMP documentation such as SOPs.

Jobsite supply inventory is satisfactory.

Ensures completion of required training/cross training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.

At times, represent the company in customer interactions.

Ensures accurate time keeping and labor law compliance – correct Paycom usage.

Performs inventories, reports and related work as assigned.

Ability to operate floor scrubbing and carpet care equipment. (Training provided if needed)

Ability to perform Payroll function for location (Training provided if needed)

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
