Kroll’s Expert Services practice provides forensic accounting, valuation, and other financial and investigative services to attorneys and companies involved in litigation, among other forms of disputes and investigations. Kroll looking for a Senior Associate to support our Expert Services team. As a Senior Associate you will assist engagement teams in creating forensic accounting analyses, financial models, business valuations, and organizing facts and large sets of data as dictated by the needs of the client or legal counsel.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Assist engagement teams in providing guidance to attorneys on key accounting, financial, and business issues
- Assist engagement teams in the development and evaluation of damages claims and other financial calculations
- Organize and analyze large data sets to provide meaningful conclusions
- Review internal and external communications, including client proposals and expert reports
- Independently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, client site visits, and independent research
- Assist in preparing and presenting the results of our analyses in a clear and concise manner
- Contribute directly to the development of work product, expert reports, proposals, presentations, and publications communicated to current and prospective clients
- Provide quality assurance checks for expert reports and other work product
Essential Traits:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Professional licenses or certifications, such as a CPA, CFE, or CFA is preferred but not required
- You have a minimum 3 years of experience in disputes/litigation support practice or auditing
- You have demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- You have demonstrated experience providing written deliverables and proficiency in Excel
- You have attention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow, and focus on quality work

The current salary range for this position is $70,000 to $150,000
