Position:  RN, Infection Control Nurse - Full Time

Licensure:
Tennessee Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license
We hire GNs and GPNs
Prior experience in Infection Control preferred
Prior experience in LTC/ SNF preferred

RN, Infection Control Nurse Position Highlights:

• Assisting with surveillance throughout the facility to promote infection prevention,
• Ensuring adherence to infection control standards, policies and procedures, and
• Reviewing and monitoring reporting data regarding facility acquired infections, treatments and control measures.
•  On call on rotating schedule
