Director – Utility Performance Improvement - Arlington, VA / Hybrid - Remote North America
Minimum Qualifications
- 10-15+ years’ experience driving performance improvement in core utility processes
- Management experience in a utility in North America or in a management consulting practice
- Demonstrated experience in business and team development
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding in one or more of these utility core processes and supporting technologies: asset management, capital investment planning, capital delivery, field service and customer service
- Excellent organizational, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- MBA or comparable graduate degree, ideally with a background in a relevant technical field
- Knowledge or familiarity with French is a plus
- Experience in the global market
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
