Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study is required,
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in law, law enforcement, risk management, internal audit, data science or compliance
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to conduct professional presentations, analyze data and to prepare reports (written and oral) to a diverse audience at all levels of the organization
Excellent time management skills to set priorities and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to harness and integrate available data for continuous process improvement involving the compliance and investigations process.
Competent programming ability with databases for data analysis and exception reporting.
Expert in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Power BI (beneficial).
Must be able to maintain the highest level of personal integrity and confidentiality
