TBEI – Tishomingo is a cutting-edge manufacturer of Class 3-8 truck bodies and truck and trailer hoists.
Come join our growing team! We are currently looking to add an Installation tech to our growing team. We are currently offering a $1000 sign-on bonus. Pay Range is $18.00-$22.00 with weekly attendance bonus and quarterly profit sharing.

 The Installation Technician is responsible for the final installation of key components on trucks, ensuring that each vehicle meets high-quality standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding products to customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and ensures that every truck exceeds company expectations

Essential Duties:

  • Hardware Installation: Accurately install hardware components in compliance with quality standards and specific instructions.
  • Electrical Systems: Install and connect electrical harnesses and components, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Pneumatic Systems: Install and connect pneumatic hoses, valves, and related components according to work orders and company standards.
  • Hydraulic Systems: Install and connect hydraulic hoses, valves, and other components in accordance with quality and safety requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in operating hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Experience in auto mechanics or similar fields.
  • Ability to read and understand technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
  • Familiarity with 5S principles and continuous improvement processes for workplace efficiency and
  • Skill in diagnosing, analyzing, and identifying system malfunctions to determine the source and cause of problems.
