Your Opportunity
The position is suited for energetic engineers with experience working on enterprise scale software products or solutions. The position is for R&D Organization, who are keen on working on industry leading data security products in the area of research and development. You would be contributing to software product development that can help scale the development effort to take the products from few dozens of customers to thousands of customers.
Research and development includes:
• Deliver Industry Leading Data Security Products.
• Deliver high quality Data Security Products and product features.
• Provide direct customer support for urgent technical issues.
• Participate in discussions related to design, architecture and functionality.
• Create design documents and participate in peer reviews.
• Develop highly scalable, secure and performant code as per design to deliver the product features.
• Develop reusable tool and utilities.

Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate is one who is highly motivated, experienced, and proficient in SAP, HANA and ABAP programming to build enterprise data security products. One who has advanced problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. One who can communicate effectively with geographically separated team members and drive problems to solution.

Your Responsibilities
As part of the R&D team, you will be responsible for
• Work closely with product managers, developers and QA engineers to deliver best design and implementation of features within the team
• Develop design documents for product features and participate in design and architectural discussions
• Develop highly scalable, secure and performant code to deliver product features
• Develop reusable tools and utilities that can be used across product functions/modules.
• Provide customer support for technical issues and fix them appropriately.
• Take the products/module/features through the full software development life cycle
• Effectively co-ordinate with cross functional teams and other products teams

Your Qualifications
• Strong academic background - BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent course from top schools.
• Self-starter with strong self-management skills
• Strong experience and expertise in SAP ECC and BW/BI
• Strong experience in programing languages ABAP, OO-ABAP, and Java
• Good working experience and expertise in Unix/Linux
• Upto 12 years of SAP and Java development experience with a strong technical background of development of enterprise product at a Lead Engineer level
• Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
• The candidate should have prior experience dealing with full product development lifecycles and multiple releases, preferably of large enterprise software products
• Passion for design and development of enterprise products
• Strong team player
