Kitchen Manager (CDM)
Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Position Summary: Duties include management of the Dietary Department and personnel, ensuring quality food preparation and service to all customers, while meeting budgetary guidelines. Responsibilities also include clinical duties as appropriate.
Experience: 1 year of healthcare dietary work preferred and 2 years of supervisor experience required.
Certifications: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)- Preferred. May be required to have or obtain a Food Handlers Certificate or Sanitation Course, as required by state regulations.
About NHC Oak Ridge: Our campus is home to a 108-bed post-acute 24-hour skilled nursing Health Care Center. We see many individuals who need skilled nursing care after a stroke, joint replacement surgery, a cardiac procedure or a serious illness.
