Job Description

This NPI Process & Performance Leader will be responsible for planning and tracking Engineered to Order (ETO) projects associated with web giant customers. This PM should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The PM should also be detail oriented and have excellent organization skills.

 

What will you do?

  • Works closely with the plant team and Program Director to plan and track manufacturing schedule, key deliverables, reports, issues, and other manufacturing related tasks
  • Collaborates with other project teams such as engineering, quality, manufacturing engineers, supply chain, and production teams to drive progress
  • Tracks manufacturing milestones and highlights risks
  • Supports Program Director in updating customer demand and production output information
  • Provides process improvement ideas
  • Updates and creates templates for future projects
