Job Description Summary
Job Summary: Provides great service serving food to guest. throughout all temperature storage. Greets customers and provides customer service throughout their stay. Neatly write down customer ordersJob Description
and any specifics the kitchen must know in order to provide proper service. Is familiar with the menu in case of any customer questions. Cleans and prepares the tables for guests throughout the establishment. Experience and Education: Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience. Reports to: Typically reports to a food and beverage supervisor. Competencies: Clerical skills. Organizational skills. Oral and written communication skills. Customer/client orientation.
