Position Title: Commercial Operations Coordinator (S2)

Role
The Commercial Operations Coordinator is responsible for accurately managing and maintaining sales and lead generation data to support commercial success. This role work alongside the marketing team and play a critical role in shaping and producing our events to drive meaningful business results. You’ll support programs that help build targeted market awareness and a positive brand reputation, in addition to generating demand and driving sales growth. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in data entry management, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth workflow processes.
Responsibilities
- Generate prospecting data and reports to support sales and commercial strategy.
- Update and maintain Inside Sales data in CRM and other sales-related systems as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all commercial platforms.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics.
- Support sales pipeline management by providing data insights and management.
- Work in partnership with marketing and the commercial operations analyst to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other Marketing teammates to tie event calendar to digital lead-gen campaigns.
- Support end-to-end event logistics for a high volume of sponsored and sales-led events.
- Project manage timelines and milestones in partnership with show producers and other internal collaborators.
- Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
Education/Certifications
- High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, sales operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- CRM program fluency.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
