Developer, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery

GXO continues to invest in our ServiceNow Platform and just upgraded HRSD to Professional and implemented EC Pro, Virtual Agent, and supporting Case Management features included in the Xanadu release. To support the existing roll out and continue to further expand EC Pro across countries and functions, GXO is looking for a technical resource to manage development efforts specific to HRSD Roadmap. This resource will liaise with IT Platform owners to support product best practices and follow company standards. In addition, work closely with functional team to consult and solution break fix and backlog initiatives.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Provide technical expertise and collaborate with other IT and business specialists to develop and deliver solutions that support the HR roadmap
- Configure and support Employee Center Pro to support business needs and enhance User Experience
- Create HR Services to increase employee productivity to drive increased adoption of Employee Center Pro and reduce reliance on emails and inbound actions
- Manage application related objects like virtual agent, mobile application, chat, and surveys
- Develop and support integrations to and from HRSD
- Lead upgrade remediation and support testing efforts with business owners
- Support ServiceNow HRSD business owners with knowledge sharing for light configuration, knowledge management, security, assignment groups, and skill assignments
- Collaborate with ServiceNow HR business owners to influence and advise on enhancement efforts
- Research and stay current of new features in ServiceNow HRSD, technology trends and best practices, with a focus on continuous learning and application to the business
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- 5 years development experience
- 2 years’ experience in a technical role supporting ServiceNow HRSD
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience in HRSD with module configuration, customization, and integrations
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience managing multiple priorities, thinking tactically as well as strategically, demonstrating objectivity, delivering results, and taking initiative
- Proven customer focus and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to manage high volume of work and lead and adapt to change
- Ability to work in a virtual, global team environment
It’d be great if you also have:
- Experience working with multiple countries and understand GDPR and data privacy
- Outstanding project management skills, ability to work independently and prioritize and organize workload to consistently meet deadlines
- Advanced ServiceNow certifications
