Position Summary

  • Monitors analyzes and makes adjustments to Autobatch system.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned. This job description describes one skill (or part of a skill) within a multi-skilled production team member job. 20%
  • Outputs plates from multiple HC systems. Drops work from system, processes work through multiple plate makers, cuts/punches work, load plate material, clear machine jams, and matches run headers to plates 80%

  • Previous experience with mainframe system helpful
  • Must be able to conduct repetitive tasks accurately and quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments including new product line and application changes on individual responsibilities based upon departmental needs

Knowledge Required

Must possess a positive attitude.  Applicant must be able to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.  Must have skills to pay attention to detail and the ability to be a team player. Position constantly interacts with people from work unit sharing data and/or information. Communication is with co-workers. Supervisors, QAs, and managers either over the phone or face-to-face.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Associate must be able to stand, lift and bend for an 8-hr.shift. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.  Ability to lift 40 pounds. Some stooping and kneeling.  Must be able to work in a "Team Environment".

Additional Information

Salary: $17 plus $1.75 shift differential 

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
