Required Education: A Bachelor’s degree, AND:
- 12 months of experience in related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with students, colleagues, staff, and administrators
- Ability to work under pressure to manage and coordinate multiple projects and requests and meet competing deadlines
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of collegiate athletic programs and operation units
- Knowledge of and commitment to comply with NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations
- Knowledge of recruiting management system
- Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Advertised Physical Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to work long and odd hours, often weekends and potentially holidays during variety of events and camps/clinics
- Must be able to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and travel
