Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or educational equivalent. Entry level. Understanding of fundamental concepts of product and/or services. Excellent communication skills. Good judgment and team skills. Customer Service experience preferred.
Position Summary
Requires direct supervision. Provides assistance to the sales work group in order to achieve assigned objectives. Assists in coordinating entities involved in the "inquiry to order" cycle phase completion. Communicates with others in the salesforce. Handles incoming customer calls for existing or new customers. Can be the initial point of contact for incoming customer calls.
