As Manager Strategic Initiatives, you'll lead pivotal initiatives at KinderCare focusing on cross-functional growth programs and collaborate with Business Unit and Functional leaders to drive brand strategy, new product launches, and digital transformation in all stages from planning to reporting.

This role is crucial for KinderCare’s transformation and growth, reporting to the Director of Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects on brand strategy, new product development, and digital transformation.

  • Analyze critical issues, monitor trends and provide practical solutions to increase inquires, enrollment and retention of KinderCare families

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for the KinderCare brand across multiple geographies and segments.

  • Ensure all initiatives to align with and accomplish organizational objectives

  • Oversee and orchestrate project tasks and team collaboration.

  • Input to corporate strategy by evaluating trends and facilitating growth.

  • Engage in digital transformation, brand segmentation, and product development.

  • Mentor analysts and gain indirect management experience.

  • Mentor and coach team members with potential advancement to Sr. Manager or Director roles.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations.

  • Proven track record in strategy development and implementation.

  • Ability to quickly learn and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
