The Staff Physical Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Therapist with patient related activities and direct patient care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Hands-On Therapy – Assist in treating patients as directed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Monitor & Document Progress – Record treatment notes and track patient improvements.
  • Collaborate & Communicate – Work alongside healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  • Educate & Support – Teach families and caregivers how to assist with therapy programs at home.
  • Maintain a Safe Space – Assist in keeping treatment areas clean and equipment in top condition.

What You Bring:

  • Education & Licensing – Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of KS.
  • Passion for Patient Care – A heart for helping others regain independence.
  • Team Player Mentality – Ability to collaborate with therapists, nurses, and caregivers.
  • Tech-Savvy – Experience with programs like Casamba and Point Click Care is a plus.
  • Physical Stamina – Ability to assist with lifting, mobility exercises, and hands-on therapy.
