• What You Bring to the Team:
• A passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum)
• Childcare experience preferred, but we provide training and development
• EEC Credentials or a degree in a child-related field is preferred

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education and development.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Foster positive communication with parents and guardians regarding child progress and needs.
• Support children’s learning through individualized instruction and behavior management techniques.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance childcare skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve educational practices.
