Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Takes a proactive approach to daily issues involving assigned Clients.


KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as the Forms Division’s primary point of contact in the handling of daily issues with Clients. Coordinates actions between Clients and Forms
Division manufacturing. 10%
Identifies opportunities for improvement within the account and develops plans to implement the improvements. 10%
Serves as a technical advisor/implementation specialist for new business with Clients. Travel to the location may be necessary to ensure a smooth
transition. 10%
Establish and maintain customer goodwill at assigned accounts. Assist in coordination of new branch and conversion orders. 10%
Make physical calls on assigned accounts on an as needed basis. 5%
Provide continuous information regarding products ordering procedures and billing procedures to account personnel. 10%
Train and assist account personnel in completing orders and quote requests. 10%
Troubleshoot delivery and quality problems with manufacturing and process quality assurance personnel. 10%
Maintain daily contact with plant and sales personnel to determine account follow-up. 5%
Keep plant and sales informed of account status changes. 5%
Keep current on pricing information and product knowledge. 5%
Engage in personal development programs to prepare for future advancement opportunities. 5%
Other duties as assigned. 5%


EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Excellent computer skills.


EXPERIENCE
Must be able to read and comprehend instructions
Prior customer contact experience in a forms related environment preferred
