Skills and Abilities:

Education:               Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field/career experience.

Experience:              Experience in developing and leading projects, customer support, course development, video editing, and training preferred.  Experience with the food and beverage industry     is highly desired. Preference for people who have experience with LMS or HRIS systems is ideal.

Technology Skills:     Must be proficient in operating computers, tablets, and smartphones.  Must be proficient in Office 365 apps, SharePoint 2019, and video editing software.  Must have advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint). Experience with Power BI is preferred. 

Other Requirements: Work quickly, efficiently and independently; multi-task; prioritize; be detail-oriented; meet deadlines in a pressured situation; communicate effectively with other employees and develop good working relationships; listen; have empathy for other employees; adapt to change; problem solve; operate a computer, smartphone, tablet copier, printer, fax machine; read and write; maintain composure in stressful or difficult situations; create, develop and deliver presentations to other employees. Individuals in this role must be a user-focused, outgoing, self-starter, analytical, customer focused, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Work independently and in a team environment in order to share information and collaborate on solutions. Other functions, skills, and abilities may also apply.
