The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance. Base salary is one component of OSI’s overall total rewards package. Other components may include bonuses, special pay programs, comprehensive time off, 401k with match and a full suite of benefit offerings for you and your family.
Responsible for performing a variety of complex accounting and financial analysis processes including, but not limited to monthly and annual closing, journal entries, data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, financial statement preparation, fixed assets, budgets, forecasts, external audit, and compliance coordination.
This role is responsible for handling consumer inquiries and resolving issues, by ensuring accuracy, and delivering a seamless consumer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Respond to customer/consumer inquiries via telephone, fax, and e-mail within established time guidelines and in a professional and courteous manner.

Escalate complaints to manager and other departments, as necessary.

Log all details of conversations and follow-ups as necessary.

Prepare and process responses, refunds, and form letters as directed by management or in accordance with established programs and protocols.

Provide clerical and administrative support to Management, Sales staff, and Quality Control as requested.

This role has the responsibility to understand and place in practice appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.

Experience & Skills

1-3 years of experience in related field is preferred.

Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.

Possesses working knowledge of all general office equipment.
Education

High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience is required.
Work Environment

Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available.

Work conditions are typical of an office environment.

This role does not require any domestic travel

Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Position may require frequent and/or infrequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.
