Position Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

External Description:

This is an fabulous opportunity to join a creative Talent Acquisition which focuses on Industry best practices, utilizes the best recruiting tools and techniques and constantly evolves it recruiting model.

As Senior Recruiter, you would be responsible for fulfilling talent needs working with Business groups. This is an individual contributor role that involves full lifecycle recruiting and also managing strong relationships with Business leaders, hiring manager, candidates etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • This role involves full lifecycle recruiting like sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing talent community, workforce analysis for specific business group(s), offer development, delivery and negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers and provide exemplary experience to hiring managers
  • Provide a sourcing strategy and execute the hiring process, the sourcing strategy could include but not limited to networking, internet recruiting, social media, employee referrals, marketing mapping, etc.
  • Deliver year on year performance improvement against core metrics like number of hires, time to fill, cost per hires, quality of hires etc.
  • Continuously improve by implementing best practices or streamlining processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with atleast 6 years of experience in talent recruiting or related field. Preferably a Post graduate 
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources policies preferred 
  • Proven experience interacting with business. Can effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and deadline-driven. 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment; recognize and react to changing business needs. 

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirement:

  • Graduate with atleast 6 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition. Preferably a Post graduate 
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources policies preferred 
  • Proven experience interacting with business. Can effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and deadline-driven. 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment; recognize and react to changing business needs.
  • Must be willing to travel (10% of the time)
