If you are looking for contributing to the lifecycle management of multi-physic simulation tools to accelerate the time-to-market by anticipating solution performance, rationalizing prototypes and tests, this opportunity could be for you.
The individual will be part of a dynamic and multi-cultural team in charge of industrializing and supporting tools that enable users to evolve a collection of models from single- or multi-physic simulations to produce systems simulations, design of experiments or even digital twins.
Your responsibilities are:
- Contribute to the development and promotion of a unified set of processes, methods and tools for Design Simulation.
- Maintain, deploy and evolve consistent and flexible workflows of simulation models according to the stakeholder requirements.
- Participate in the company programs to address key challenges related to quality, reliability, digital thread, etc. to extend the meaningful dataflow and enhancing a model-based approach.
- Understand the end-user journey to facilitate their onboarding and support.
- Contribute to the end-to-end solutions defined by the Application Lead and Business Architect based on business needs, technology choices and strategic growth.
- Adapt our solutions to meet cybersecurity standards and expected performance.
- Evolve the Design Simulation solutions and IT elements in harmony with the Digital Thread and PLM Landscape.
- Participate in the Agile development of solutions with a multi-cultural team.
- Update documentation (process, tutorials, etc.)
- Onboard new users and support migrations. Define and conduct training and coaching to internal colleagues.
- Maintain the community of practice informed about the Design Simulation news.
Qualifications
- BSc. in Engineering, Systems Engineering or Computer Science, MSc. is desired.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT.
- Knowledge on Computer-Aided Engineering tools, ex. Ansys Mechanical, Fluent, Altair Flux, Hypermesh, etc.
- Skills in C++, Python, data visualization.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Agile methodology and French language are a plus.
