The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 128,000.00 USD - 168,000.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager, Sales Account Management to lead our Pest Control Business at Target. Resolve issues independently and promptly.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant business experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant business experience
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Previous account management experience with different classes of trade
Demonstrated track record of successful and profitable growth of major accounts
Experience managing cross-functional partnerships
Previous corporate account management experience
Experience in retail sales in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Travel up to 10%
Full-time onsite role in Minneapolis, MN, core hours: 9 – 3
Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees
The individual assuming this position may need to relocate for future opportunities
This role is eligible for domestic relocation
