Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Work Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, banking, or another business / technical role
- Ideal qualifications include previous experience with business process mapping, user experience design, agile software development, or software quality assurance
Other Qualifications:
- Is a team player who is committed to team success and is willing to help fill gaps that arise
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams; changes in direction are expected in this role based on user feedback and changing GenAI capabilities
- Is driven to continually learn, especially about the rapidly evolving field of GenAI
- Has the interpersonal skills to collaborative and communicate effectively across a range of stakeholder types and levels, often leading/inspiring by influence
- Uses professional presence and listening skills to build trust with business leaders/clients
- Is energized by diving into the nuances of client needs in various parts of Trinity’s business
- Understands technical concepts and builds credibility with global Engineering teams through consistent, clear, and detail-oriented communication

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 - $155,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
