Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
Skills:
- Knowledge of all applicable requirements, regulations, and laws.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to identify, address issues and deficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to handle all types of animals.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Certifications:
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Working Conditions:
- Physical:
- Standing for prolonged periods.
- Lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
- Walking, reaching, bending, and stooping.
- Environmental:
- Works in an animal facility.
- Handling all types of animals which bite and scratch.
- Exposure to odors, animal dander, and a dirty environment.
