Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in employee relations, HR management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices throughout the US
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
· Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with labor unions and internal stakeholders
Nice to Have:
· Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
