Description & Requirements

Maximus is seeking a Systems Administrator for a large Air Force Enterprise Service Desk contract. The administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, enhancements, and change control of back-end software tools. The administrator may be required to remotely log into the end users' endpoint (desktops and/or servers) in order to perform technical configuration, rebooting, and other remedial actions to assist with troubleshooting authentication anomalies.

Job Responsibilities:

-Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions associated with incident tickets and requirements.
-Build and deploy Domain Controllers and other identity management servers through remote means at customer sites utilizing approved installation procedures.
-Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for root cause analysis, engineering technical assessment and process improvement initiatives.
-Works with third party integrations, including integration with ServiceNow.
-Provides regular and timely communication with management and business users.
-Generates and configures automated reports for various lines of business.
-Integrates a dynamic system for automatic reskilling of agents.
-Mentor junior team members.
-Update operations and maintenance documentation for 24/7/365 enterprise watch personnel.
-Support operations across multiple geographic locations.

Required Qualifications:

-An Associate's, technical degree or equivalent experience.
-DoD Directive 8570.1 Information Assurance Technical Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) is required.
-Must be eligible for a Secret clearance. An Interim Secret is acceptable to start.
-Ability to obtain/retain a DoD Common Access Card (MANDATORY).
-Must have working knowledge of back-end software tools.
-1 or more years of working experience with BeyondTrust solutions. One of the following certifications may be considered in lieu of experience: ISO 27001 or ISO 27701.
-3 or more years relevant experience with the following:
-Administering system administration management tools.
-Highly proficient in MS Excel and other analytics tools.
-Skill in workforce management software and contact center technology such as workforce management systems, automatic call distribution (ACD) systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Desired Qualifications:

 
-Experience working with NICE CXone and integration into Service Now is preferred.
-Experience working with or ability to learn Amazon Connect is preferred.
-A strong understanding of current Microsoft supported Windows operating systems is desirable.
-Skill in analytics with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
-Skill in written and verbal communication.
-Ability to deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external customers by communicating with integrity and compassion.
-Ability to resolve service recovery issues and understand when to escalate to the next level.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
