We are seeking a full-time entry level BioCAD Technician who can thrive in our fast-paced environment importing patient-specific medical data and handling technical customer communications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude for working with medical imaging technologies. Experience with 3D modeling software is preferred but not required as training will be provided. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week.

What You Will Do
- Download and import DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) data for patient cases
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, clinicians, and customers
- Maintain detailed records for each case in accordance with our Quality Management System
- Process medical image data to create accurate 3D anatomical models
- Support the creation of patient-specific medical tools and devices
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to medical imaging data
- Assist with quality control processes to ensure accuracy of final deliverables
- Learn and apply industry standards for medical device design and documentation
- Participate in training to develop specialized skills in medical modeling and BioCAD technologies
What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fresh perspective valued; we'll provide all the necessary training for this entry-level role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Professional communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- General knowledge of human anatomy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in final deliverables
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D design in CAD (Computer Aided Design) software
- Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
- Familiarity with medical devices and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485, etc.)
