- Capable of overseeing the coordination of special events, including but not limited to arranging catering, managing invitations, supporting speakers, and booking venues.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Critical thinking skills, including an aptitude to research, collect, and analyze data and prepare reports or responses to inquiries
- Ability and desire to perform a number of different types of tasks throughout a given day, ranging from handling urgent requests to long-term planning and office administration
