Required Education: High School Diploma or GED, AND:
- 12 months physical therapy aide or healthcare-related experience.
Skills:
- Must be detail oriented for accuracy of data and information.
- Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be schedule oriented, able to work under time constraints, and complete work within deadlines.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and able to maintain positive and professional relationships with co-workers.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of computers.
- Must have ability to problem solve.
Certifications:
Advertised Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move a minimum of 25 pounds.
- May be required to lift, bend, stoop, and carry.
- Frequent exposure to pressure/stress caused by busy periods and deadlines.
Departmental Preferences:
- Two years college/Associate Degree
- Current BLS certification
- Electronic Medical Records experience
- Courses taken in Anatomy/Physiology
- Direct patient care
- Customer Service Experience
