Your Role
You will be assisting our Technical Support team. Our team has two main goals; to understand our customer’s applications, including struggles and pain points. And then applying our products effectively to help our customers succeed.
You will be working in our Northwest Houston office. You will be working on projects to help organize data (spreadsheets) in preparation for a software tool that will increase efficiency for our customers. You will also be doing some work in our technical support lab, and you will learn about some of our products.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Completed, or working on a STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering. Mathematics)
- Junior with a minimum GPA 3.00, highly preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Strong math skills (algebra, trigonometry)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
