Requires:
Bachelor’s degree is Preferred. Must have a strong mechanical aptitude with a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Aerospace chemical manufacturing and/or packaging industry. Should have experience in managing a large department or group of 20 or more employees. Must have experience in effectively negotiating solutions to work related issues or disagreements and be able to describe the events. Incumbent must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skills. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, analyze data, communicate effectively (both verbal and written), and be very proficient with computer equipment/office programs, in particular with Excel.
