Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working from established list, initiate cycle count process in system, gather necessary data to accurately perform cycle
  • Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies in part inventory and submit large exceptions to manager for approval.
  • Identify and notify Quality department of any damaged parts discovered during cycle count process.
  • Organize and move inventory by hand, pallet jack or forklift as necessary.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area complying with all 5S initiatives and advise supervisor of any maintenance problems that may need to be resolved.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of our products and processes to better serve our customers and improve the overall profitability of Elgin Sweeper
  • Follow and comply with all safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ Years related job experience
  • Ability to understand Blue Prints
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Anticipated Starting Wage: $20.30 per hour
