Requires:
Must have a Master’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline with at least 12 years experience in the modification and formulation of sealants, coatings, and/or polymers or a PhD with at least six years of experience in the modification and formulation of sealants, coatings, and/or polymers. Must be able to work independently in a research environment. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization in a variety of situations.
