Provides review and direction for vendor activities, ensuring that the vendor's performance meets expectations. The performance manager monitors the day-to-day vendor operations and performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), examines measured results for problem determination and root cause analysis, and works with the vendors on continuous improvement.MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of mainframe operating environment inclusive of operating system and program products relevant to EQH

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong knowledge of business objectives

• Knowledge of schedule management processes and tools

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong organizational and management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Adaptive mindset with ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment

• Prior work experience with AXA
