Department Lead/Project Manager, Senior Process Engineer - Salt Lake City, UT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Chemical / Process Engineering is required.    
• Minimum 15+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in the engineering consulting market.
• Experience conducting or managing Design/Build projects is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License is a plus.
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency delivering technical and business presentations.
• Successful past performance directing and supervising subcontractors.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing in and executing profitable assignments for clients and building key target client accounts.
• Experience working on and possibly leading preparation of proposals and technical deliverables.
• Field work will primarily be in Salt Lake City but could be any-where based on client needs, so the ability to travel and work remotely and on weekends or extended hours (as needed) may be expected occasionally.
• Candidates should be fluent in the English language and possess excellent verbal/written communication skills. The ability to speak/understand Spanish is a plus.
• Must possess basic computer skills; the computer skills must include proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
• A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
