Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:
- 12 months of experience teaching, conducting research & creative activities, or participating in community engaged projects within a university
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of related experience.
Skills:
- Experience and success in writing, editing, and coordinating grant and fellowship proposals for a variety of funding sources.
- Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate interaction with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.
- Effective, accurate, and professional communication skills in person, in writing, and via telephone/video-conference.
- Ability to adjust feedback, resources, and communications to meet the needs of multiple audiences with differing priorities and perspectives.
- Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
- Extensive experience with computer hardware and software for word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheets, and presentation tasks/assignments.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong degree of confidentiality, integrity, and good judgment.

- Experience working closely with individual researchers and multi-investigator teams to produce grant and fellowship proposals or reports targeted to a variety of funding sources.
